Charlie Puth gets emotional

Three-time Grammy nominated singer/songwriter/producer/musician Charlie Puth unveiled a brand new music video for the fan-favorite track “Dangerously,” from his debut album Nine Track Mind.

“You’ve awoken me, but you’re choking me, I was so obsessed. Gave you all of me, and now honestly I’ve got nothing left”, the 24-year-old pop singer sings of his heartbreak.

Puth released Nine Track Mind in January, which arrived at an impressive No. 5 on Billboard’s Top Current Albums Chart, and was recently certified Double Platinum in the Philippines.

This release comes on the heels of Charlie’s latest summer smash “We Don’t Talk Anymore” feat. Selena Gomez, which marked his first Top 10 single on the Billboard Hot 100, following hit singles, “One Call Away” and “Marvin Gaye,” which features Meghan Trainor.

Puth has spent most of 2016 travelling across North America, Europe and Asia on his first sold-out headline tour, and extensive run of fall headline dates.

He recently opened a special stadium show for one of his musical heroes, Billy Joel, and joined Selena Gomez for one date on her Revival tour. He also joined The Voice this season as a guest mentor to Alicia Keys’ team.

Charlie Puth exploded onto the scene last year as the songwriter, producer and vocalist on Wiz Khalifa’s “See You Again,” the emotional tribute to Paul Walker in Furious 7. The song has earned numerous awards and recognition including a prestigious Golden Globe nomination. The now 6x-platinum smash topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 12 weeks and became a global phenomenon hitting No. 1 in over 100 countries, while its video racked up more than a billion YouTube views.
