Heading the list of featured OPM icons is Freddie Aguilar, best known for his international hit song “Anak,” which even President Duterte admits was one of the songs that inspired during his youth to change for the better.
Ka Freddie Aguilar’s “Duterte Para Sa Tunay Na Pagbabago,” a re-imagining of his classic “Ipaglalaban Ko” used in President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign, is now available in the market via Universal Records.
Other songs included in the album are “Tunay Na Pagbabago” by Cesar Montano, “Bandila Ng Pag-asa” by Joey Benin and Dindo Ilagan, “Tapang Ang Solusyon” by Barney Borja and Prudence Salutillo and “Duterte Ta” by Jeremy Sison.
Proceed from the sales of the album will be used to help fund rehabilitation services for drug dependent youths in line with the new administration’s war on drugs.
