ULTRA Worldwide, the world’s largest independent music festival brand, has wrapped another historic tour in Asia, including the Philippines, which saw more than 400,000 partyphiles attend 17 events on the continent in a four-month period during 2017.
ULTRA gets ‘bigger and better’ every year
Thousands of “ultranauts” and party-goers in colorful costumes attended the third edition of Road to Ultra Philippines for a night of fun and celebration last September 15, at the SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Top DJs Zedd and Hardwell made their triumphant return to the Philippines to perform for Pinoy edm enthusiasts and other music fans from neighbouring countries, such as Taiwan, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia.
Presented by Ovation Productions, the internationally renowned electronic festival also featured world-class acts like Sam Feldt, Rezz and Getter.
Pinoy DJs Marc Marasigan and Deuce Manila opened the show and set the party mood, which ended around 3 a.m.
