The trio behind the ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ finale song are set to headline a four-city tour across Asia

It’s official: Japanese alternative rock trio Hitsujibungaku will be staging their first headline show in Manila this July 6, 2024 (Saturday) at 123 Block in Mandaluyong City.

Hitsujibungaku is composed by Moeka Shiotsuka (vocals, guitar, songwriting), Yurika Kasai (bass) and Hiroa Fukuda (drums).

Melding dreamy vocals with shoegaze riffs and syrupy, noise-pop arrangements, the critically adored band has gained cult following thanks to the popularity of their song “More Than Words,” which served as the finale song for the S the second season of the hit anime series, Jujutsu Kaisen. In December 2023, the globally renowned band released their fourth studio album, 12 hugs (like butterflies), which was received with universal acclaim from both music critics and fans.

Their upcoming Philippine debut will be part of a four-city Asian tour, which includes major stops in key cities across Asia, including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong.
