Perfect match
Love is truly in the air this February as the most-awaited Asian pop love song “Falling Into You” by Philippines’ Maja Salvador and Thailand’s ToR Saksit had its successful worldwide single release and music video debut on February 9th.
While this dream partnership is a lot of firsts both for Philippines’ Dance Princess Maja and Thai’s most adored pop singer and pianist ToR, their undeniable passion and love for singing has always been a common ground.
Spearheaded by BEC-TERO Music Thailand and Ivory Music and Video Philippines, “Falling Into You” was recorded in Thailand’s finest and state of the art Karma Studios in Bang Saray, south of Pattaya.
The single was produced by Victor Lau, a Taiwanese producer/composer who has worked with the likes of Vanness Wu, Cyndi Wang, among other Asian pop stars.

Heartfelt
This is the first time for Maja to collaborate with a fellow Asian artist, and ToR’s first experience to record an English song, which he himself co-wrote.
The 33-year-old heartthrob (whose real name is Saksit Vejsupaporn) has been in Thailand’s music business since 2003. In 2007, the award-winning singer pianist and songwriter released his official debut album Living in C Major, which was an immediate hit.
Apart from his duet with Maja, he has also worked with Sony Music China’s Joshua Jin for the song Waiting For Love (sung in Mandarin), which saw release in neighbouring countries like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore.
According to a media release, Falling Into You highlights the Thai pop star’s piano-playing virtuosity and heartfelt vocals, as well as Maja’s sultry and emotionally charged rendition.
The romantic ballad is out now and is digitally available on iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, and Amazon Music.
