‘Paper Towns – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack’ Arrives Everywhere on July 10; 20th Century Fox’s ‘Paper Towns’ Opens in Theaters Nationwide on July 24

Musical companion to eagerly awaited film includes the Top 10 Single “My Type” from Saint Motel Along with new material from Vance Joy, Santigold, Grouplove and Nat & Alex Wolff

Atlantic Records has announced the release of Paper Towns – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, the musical companion to the eagerly awaited film from 20^th Century Fox. The album arrives in stores and at all online retailers on July 10^th; Paper Towns opens in theaters nationwide on July 24^th.

Paper Towns – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack is available for pre-order beginning today via the iTunes Storehttp://smarturl.it/PaperTownsMusic. All pre-orders will receive instant grat downloads of Atlantic recording artists’ Vance Joy’s “Great Summer,” and “Search Party” by acclaimed singer/songwriter/producer Sam Bruno.

Paper Towns – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack gathers new and previously released material from some of contemporary music’s most compelling artists, including the Top 10 single “My Type” from Saint Motel as well as songs from Santigold, Grouplove, HAIM, Vampire Weekend, The Mountain Goats, Twin Shadow, The War on Drugs, Galantis and PAPER TOWNS star Nat Wolff and his brother Alex Wolff (see attached track listing).   Atlantic Records President of Film & TV and GRAMMY® Award–winning soundtrack producer Kevin Weaver (The Fault In Our Stars, Boardwalk Empire, Girls Volumes 1 & 2, True Blood Volumes 1 & 2, Furious 7) and music supervisor Season Kent (The Fault in Our Stars, The Fighter, Entourage, Need For Speed) served as the soundtrack’s producers.

Paper Towns will be celebrated each week by a wide variety of new music releases, video premieres, and eagerly anticipated live events, including a live streaming event from the YouTube Space LA on Friday, July 17^th. The event will celebrate the release of the film and soundtrack and include appearances by cast members, performances by artists from the soundtrack including Vance Joy and Saint Motel as well as the world premiere of Santigold’s music video for “Radio”. Adapted from the award-winning bestseller by author John Green (The Fault in Our Stars),  Paper Towns is a coming-of-age story centering on Quentin (Nat Wolff) and his enigmatic neighbor Margo (Cara Delevingne), who loved mysteries so much she became one. After taking him on an all-night adventure through their hometown, Margo suddenly disappears, leaving behind cryptic clues for Quentin to decipher.
