29th Awit Awards: The Complete Winners List
The 29th Awit Awards winners have been chosen, and we have the full list of those deserving musicians and artists who took home the trophies held on December 7 at the Music Museum in Greenhills, San Juan.
Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo won the Album of the Year award. Last year, her album Perfectly Imperfect also won the Album of the Year award.
Pambansang Bae Alden Richards got three awards, including the Most Downloaded Artist award while his song “Wish I May” won the Most Downloaded Song award. His album Wish I May was named as the Best Selling Album of the Year.
Held annually, the 2016 Awit Awards which was hosted by Matteo Guidicelli and Tippy Dos Santos is organized by the Philippine Association of the Record Industry (PARI).
