Soundtrack companion to upcoming 3D CG-Animated Comedy includes brand new tracks from Demi Lovato, Charli XCX, Blake Shelton, Steve Aoki, and Matoma
Pop Rock Princess Yeng Constantino was selected to sing a version of upcoming movie The Angry Birds official theme song, out in theaters on May 13, 2016.
She recorded the “Wonderful Life – Mi Oh My“ together with Norwegian Superstar DJ Matoma. Click here to listen to the song.
The Angry Birds Movie (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) also includes such tracks as a brand new rendition of “I Will Survive” by global pop sensation Demi Lovato, international pop star Charli XCX’s “Explode” and Steve Aoki’s “Fight.”
It further features an array of classic songs such as Scorpions’ “Rock You Like A Hurricane,” and Rick Astley’s “Never Gonna Give You Up,” in addition to worldwide hit from Imagine Dragons’ “On Top Of The World.” The soundtrack also features an “Angry Birds Movie Score Medley” by the film’s Grammy® Award-winning score composer Heitor Pereira (Minions, Despicable Me 2).
About The Angry Birds Movie
In the 3D animated comedy The Angry Birds Movie, we’ll finally find out why the birds are so angry.
The movie takes us to an island populated entirely by happy, flightless birds – or almost entirely. In this paradise, Red (Jason Sudeikis, We’re the Millers, Horrible Bosses), a bird with a temper problem, speedy Chuck (Josh Gad in his first animated role since Frozen), and the volatile Bomb (Danny McBride, This is the End, Eastbound and Down) have always been outsiders. But when the island is visited by mysterious green piggies, it’s up to these unlikely outcasts to figure out what the pigs are up to.
